The Argila Estate
d'Argila is an agricultural project born on a mountain estate located inland in Alicante, in Planes de la Baronía, a privileged setting where the landscape, climate, and soil define the character of each harvest. It is a privately owned estate of 36 hectares, dedicated to the limited production of premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and other gourmet products linked to the land.
Our working model is based on dryland farming, without irrigation, where each tree depends solely on the natural balance of its environment. This allows us to obtain an oil with a very distinctive identity, true to its origin and landscape.
The estate is managed year-round through continuous care that includes pruning, health monitoring and selective harvesting, with a single objective: to obtain an elegant, balanced and top quality EVOO.

d'Argila olive oil is born directly from the relationship between product, soil, and climate, resulting in a unique blend of carefully selected Mediterranean varieties. Each harvest reflects a vision: to produce less in order to produce better, guaranteeing consistency, exclusivity, and quality.
